Sister restaurant to Indochine 21 above, Yohm is inspired by the regional cuisine of Hong Kong. Indeed, restaurateur Wini Brugger spent 12 years in the former British colony and consequently he's learnt a thing or two about producing authentic, simple, healthy and taste- intensive dishes. Starters such as prawn- mushroom satay with peanut and lime sauce immediately transport you to the Far- East, while mains of seafood (including fish of the day fried in a Thai style red coconut, curry, lemongrass and coriander sauce), noodles with ginger, and chilli beef with pak choi simply delight the tastebuds! A downtown location is a boon, while service is polite and efficient.

Posted by SouthernGirl, 02 January, 2008Hubby and I visited Yohm recently. The diner’s location is an hour away from our home and yet after trying out what they offer, I would never think twice of driving all the way back just to dine here again. I would rush back any moment if given a chance.
