We in the Plachutta family feel connected to Viennese cuisine in a very special way. With Hietzinger Bräu, which we took over in 1987, the gastronomic Renaissance of traditional cooking really began in Austria. It has always been our concern to pursue as unpretentious and, therefore, authentic a catering line as possible. Our aim is not to chase after every new culinary fashion, but rather to maintain and continually improve the excellent quality of our catering and service.
We firmly believe that it is just these values which our many regular guests so appreciate. Our restaurants are our living rooms, and our primary objective is the satisfaction of our guests. Personal contact and the human factor must always come first in the catering trade. Posted by Charice, 20 December, 2007They got the best Vienne cuisine. My husband enjoys it as well. Whatever time of the day, I would gladly obliged to eat here when hubby says he's hungry. You could never go wrong at Plachutta.
