Moulin Rouge

Established long before World War II, this nightspot has survived greater changes, and more changes in venue, than many of its competitors. For years it functioned as a strip club. Around the turn of the millennium, the place was cleaned up and cleaned out, and the famous Moulin Rouge reopened as a conventional disco and supper restaurant. Many of today's patrons are under 35. They come here for set- price menus (15€- 30€) and then a round of disco. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to midnight; the disco is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30pm till at least 4am. If you dine, entrance to the disco is free. Otherwise, entrance to the disco costs 10€ to 15€, depending on the night of the week.
