Ultra hip new restaurant- club- bar that looks like something out of 2001 Space Odyssey, appropriate enough since it opened in 2001. It's a gorgeous multi- level spot with bare brick walls, television consoles in the floor and sleek black tables to suit the sushi and maki dishes on the menu. A “First Class” members lounge for the VIP set adds to the exclusivity but the cocktail menu is thankfully for all. And what a menu: a dazzling array from Red Bull “Seize The Days” to Highballs, Martinis, Fizzes and, most delectably, “Babu's Most Wanted”. Try their Sisas special made with vodka, lychee liquer, lemon, prosecco and syrup and we reckon you'll try another. Another gem is the Toffee Colada, the contents of which, apart from the vodka, we have no intention of revealing. Chilled out jazz, blues and ambient world sounds complete the hip picture.
