In the heart of Vienna – only a few minutes on foot from St. Stephen's Cathedral – you will find Vienna's second Holmes Place Health Club on five floors and covering almost 4,000m².
Alongside the diverse fitness area in the Holmes Place Health Club, the wellness facilities are also assuming an increasingly important role – the spa area with its sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation zone offers the best leisure experience you can find. An ozone- cleaned pool has plenty of space for passionate swimmers and aqua- aerobic enthusiasts.
The programme of courses is also a reflection of the integrated approach at Holmes Place – as well as classic aerobics and cycling, courses such as yoga (Ashtanga, Kundalini and Hatha) and pilates (NY- type and CYB = Control Your Breath) are also on offer at the “Body & Mind Studio”.
The most up- to- date power and endurance training equipment, including a cardio- theatre, awaits you in the fitness area. Simply bring with you your customary headphones from home and enjoy the TV and audio programmes.
The training is rounded off with beauty treatments (massage, cosmetics, etc.) or a visit to the in- house solarium. You may wish to finish off the day after your well- being programme with freshly- squeezed fruit juices, light snacks and a chat with friends in the “lounge bar”, which in the summer also operates a garden for guests in front of the club.
